Professor Lv Tingjie is a doctoral advisor and the Director of BUPT Teaching and Research Centre for E-commerce; he is also a guest professor at Tsinghua University Research Center for Contemporary Management. Professor Lv studied in Kyoto University twice; in 1994, he did research in AT&T Business Administration School and Bell Labs; he was the Assistant President of the 22nd Universal Postal Union. At present, he mainly does research in telecommunication engineering and network economy; he is a fellow of China Institute of Communications，Council Member of Operations Research Society of China, member of Technological Committee of China Post, Executive Council Member of the Management Science Research Society of the Chinese Higher Education Association, and Vice-president of Operations Research Society of Beijing.

Professor Yuan Zhigang, Doctoral Advisor
Professor Yuan Zhigang obtained his Ph.D.in Economics from Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales in France (EHESS). Professor Yuan came back to China in 1993 and has been working in the Department of Economics of Fudan University . From 2005, he has been the Director of School of Economics. Professor Yuan is the author of over 100 papers and five books and coauthor of 7 books. Professor Yuan was the first scholar who introduced non-equilibrium theory to China and won Sun Yefang Book Prize in Economics in 1997 for the Non-Walrasian Equilibrium Theory and Its Application to China’s Economy. His book, Evolution of China’s Employment System, won Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Second Prize in books in 2000. His book, Economics of Unemployment, won the Ministry of Education Philosophy and Social Science Second Prize in books in 2003. Employment Report of China won the third prize of the Forth China Higher Institution of Learning Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Research Results. Professor Yuan is also the founder of the Employment and Social Protection Research Center and has developed extensive international exchange. Under his guidance and with his persistent efforts, Professor Yuan, has become an important member of the research network for European Union and China employment issues.
Professor Yuan’s consulting programs accomplishments in recent years include the following: Study on the Trend of the Shanghai Industrial Structure Adjustment and Labor Structure Adjustment funded by the Shanghai Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science; Urban Unemployment Control funded by National Natural Science Foundation; Study on Urban and Rural Employment Issues During the Tenth Five-year Plan funded by National Social Science and Humanities Project; the Endowment Insurance System and Macroeconmic Operation of China funded by Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education; Study on China’s Bubbles in Real Estate Market and the Establishment of Early Warning System funded by the National Natural Science Foundation; Shanghai Employment Report funded by Bureau of Labor and Social Security of Shanghai.
Professor Yuan has taken many social positions, including Member of the Adviser Committee of the Chinese Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Vice-president of Shanghai Economist Society, Member of the Chinese Ministry of Education Tertiary Education Adviser Committee between 2006 and 2010, Expert Consultant of China Association of Employment Promotion, Member of Expert Committee of China Labor and Social Security News, editor of Frontiers of Economics in China.
Professor Kan Kaili, Doctoral Advisor
Professor Kan Kaili is a doctoral advisor and the Director of the Research Center of Information Industry Policy and Development. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from Stanford University in 1984. Professor Kan has taken various positions, such as Manager of the Strategic Technology Evaluation Department of American Pacific Bell, Special Consultant for China Sat and Consultant for World Bank. Since 1987 Professor Kan has been the Deputy Director of the Economic and Technological Development Research Center of the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, leading China’s telecommunication policy and development strategy research. At present, Professor Kan has held various positions, such as Member of the Advisory Committee for the Telecommunication Law drafting experts.

Professor Zhang Xinmin
Professor Zhang Xinmin is the founder of the enterprise financial quality analysis. At present, Professor Zhang is the Vice-president of the University of International Business and Economics. Professor Zhang is an accounting professor, a doctoral advisor, expert granted of the Special Government Allowances of the State Council, member of the National Guidance Committee for MBA Education. He is an experienced Chartered Certified Accountant of Britain, experienced Certified Practising Accountant of Australia, experienced Certified Accountant of Hong Kong. Professor Zhang was member of the Tenth and Eleventh Issuance Examination Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission.

Professor Jin Yongsheng, Doctoral Advisor
Professor Jin Yongsheng is a professor and a doctoral advisor in the School of Economics and Management of BUPT. Professor Jin obtained his Ph.D. degree from Renmin University of China. He has held various positions, such as Assistant Director of the Department of Business Economics of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, Deputy-director and Director of the Research Institute of Trade Economics, Director of Science and Technology Division, Vice-president of School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Technology. Professor Jin has published 11 books and textbooks, including Organizational Theory of the Circulation Industry, Fundamentals of Marketing, Marketing Management, Manual of General Agreement on Trade and Tariff; he has also published over 100 papers, accomplished 13 provincial and ministerial level projects, and many of his books have won provincial level or higher awards. Professor Jin’s research involves business industry structure, enterprise strategic planning, marketing management, shareholding reform, CIS design and etc.

Professor Zeng Jianqiu obtained his Ph.D. degree from Cambridge University. He is a professor and a doctoral advisor in the School of Economics and Management of BUPT; he is also the Director of Information Economy and Competitiveness Research Center. Professor Jin has also taken many social positions, including expert for Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education, member of the International Team of Asian-pacific network operation and management forum, IEE, CNOM and NOMS, Senior Consultant of China Mobile, Professor of China EMS and Tianjin Foreign Studies University, TEO of China Business Solution of Cambridge Science Park of Britain. Professor Jin has been invited for exclusive interviews by many media, such as Topics in Focus of CCTV, Internet Age, cnwest, Xinhua News Agency, China Daily, Communications Information News and China Telecomworld News.

Professor Wang Fanghua
Specially Invited Consultant by President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, President of Institute of Chinese Enterprises Development, former president of Antai College of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Professor Wang’s major research areas are marketing, strategic management, enterprise development theory. Professor Jin has published over 100 papers in national and internal management and economics journals; he has published over 30 books and textbooks. In 2002, he was granted the Special Government Allowances of the State Council; in 2004 he was presented with the Business School Leadership Achievement Award by Asia Human Resources Development and Management Association.
Professor Wang led 1 large key project, 2 key projects, 3 general projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation; he also led 2 projects funded by Doctoral Station Foundation of the Ministry of Education; he has also led 2 projects funded by Shanghai Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science.
