Strategy and organization
Philippe RIOT teaches strategy and strategy implementation in different programs at EMLYON. He's in charge of the UPR Strategy and Organization. His research focuses on strategy implementation, the role of MNCs in globalization, the relationship between strategy and finance and a political approach of organizations. He has acted as consultant to many companies in France and abroad.

Pascal Langevin teaches mainly in MBA and Executive programs. He also served as the managing director of a small industrial firm and as the financial director of an outplacement company. His primary research interests are in management control systems and their effects on decision-makers' behaviour, and performance.
Fabienne AUTIER is a HRM Professor and the Head of the Management, Law and Human Resources Department.
She designs and teaches courses and seminars for students and participants in various programs from MSc to MBA to tailored-made programs.
Her research interests focus on strategic HRM, human capital and employee motivation at work.

Tessa Melkonian is an associate professor of organizational behavior and management at EMLYON Business School, France. She received her PhD in management from the University of Paris II. Her research interests include the role of justice and exemplarity on employees' reactions to change, determinants of employees' cooperation in M&As contexts, and collective performance in extreme teams. She has published several articles in international journals (Human Resource Management, International Studies in Management and Organization, International Journal of Project Management, Project Management Journal) as well as professional articles and book chapters.

Christophe Chaumont has been teaching operation management and information system at EM LYON for more than 25 years. He's currently in charge of the Specialized Master in Business consulting,. He has developed pedagogical partnerships with many consulting firms including McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Accenture, CapGemini Consulting, Eurogroup, Kurt Salmon, Bearing Point to name a few. He also conducts consulting activities in various sectors (industry, public sector…). His points of interest are lean management, consulting practice and methodology, knowledge management and organizational learning.

Christiane Prange is an expert in executive teaching and consulting. After several years in business, she returned to academia and has lectured as a visiting professor in more than ten countries, including China, Russia, Romania, etc. She consults companies on international strategy, global innovation development, and international customer relationships.
