喜报!经济管理学院14篇师生论文被管理学领域国际顶级会议AOM 2024录用

近日,经济管理学院师生团队提交的14篇学术论文被2024AOM年会(The Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management)录用。其中我院江静副教授的合作论文The effect of leader positive affective presence on hospitality employee voice quality荣获人力资源开发组最佳论文。

AOM年会是管理学领域国际顶级会议之一,每年有超过万名来自世界各国的学者和研究机构参会。AOM年会的主办机构美国管理学会成立于1936年,是全球管理学领域历史悠久、最负盛名的学术组织,在全球120多个国家拥有两万多会员,会刊包括Academy of Management ReviewAcademy of Management Journal等管理学顶级期刊。
